- Legal Registration: Cyprus law requires a Deputy Ministry of Tourism registration number (€222 for 3 years). We can handle this entire application for you for a small €30 fee.
- Insurance Coverage: Ensure your property has valid insurance covering fire, general risks, and public liability.
- Property Readiness: Simply remove your personal belongings; our team handles the rest, from staging to property maintenance.
- Transparent Accounting: We work on a commission basis deducted from net earnings. We agree on a minimum nightly price together to ensure you always meet your financial goals.
