Yes. To keep the Cyprus tourism industry high-quality and legal, the government requires all self-catering accommodations to have a registration number.

Most major platforms (like Airbnb) will not allow you to list without it. We highly recommend being 100% legal for your own peace of mind and tax compliance.

The government fee is €222 (valid for 3 years). To apply, you generally need:

A Building or Town Planning Permit.
A recent EAC (Electricity) bill for the property.
A copy of your ID or Passport.
Valid insurance coverage (Fire and Public Liability).
An owner authorization form (if we are operating it for you).
