What is needed from you:
Some platforms need this registration number to proceed with the property entry in their website.
- The granting of a special mark and registration number of self-catering accommodation by the Deputy Ministry of Tourism at a cost of €222 and valid for 3 years.

- Valid insurance coverage for the establishment – At least against any risk and against fire as well as public liability insurance.
- Proprietor of establishment authorisation to the Beneficial User (Operator)=(Rentme)
- We undertake this registration with an additional fee of €30 .
- Remove your personal belongings and other items that you do not wish to be in the property to be rented.
- Enjoy the additional income your home will bring to you.
*We suggest you to grant this registration number to be legal property owners and also fill your tax declaration if needed.
Steps to start earning:
- You contact us for a meeting at your place to inform you how it works.
- We evaluate your property and suggest a suitable rent rate.
- We agree to which services you are interested and sign a contract.
- We take notes and photographs of your property.
- We advertise the property to various booking platforms.
- You start earning from the first booking.
Additional information
- We undertake renting of your property for more than 3 days.
- The amount of the rent for each booking does not include the percentage charged by the booking platform. We agree with you the minimum price per night you want to earn having in mind the competition with similar properties. At this price we add the percentage of the booking platform which may reach 20%. When the rental ends, we deduct from the net earnings our commission plus any other charges. I.e. If the agreed night price is 100 euro we add the booking commission which may be 15% that makes 115 euro. At the end from the net 100 euro we deduct our commission plus cleaning, linen changing and other services fee for each booking.
- The rent amount for each booking does not include VAT.
- The cost of the cleaning and change of linen is at first charged to the guest and then is deducted from the earnings of the owner.
- The cleaning of the property may be undertaken by a different cleaning group chosen by us.
- Any additional fees will deduct from the total of the invoice.
